SIGMA THETA OMEGA CHAPTER CELEBRATES 25 YEARS OF SERVICE!!

 

Shades of silver, pink and green dominated the ballroom at the Marriott Frenchman’s Reef & Morning Star Beach

Resort on the island of St. Thomas on February 7, 2015, as Sigma Theta Omega Chapter of St. Thomas and St. John,

U.S. Virgin Islands celebrated its 25th Anniversary.

 

At its “25 Years of Excellence Gala”, the chapter honored four outstanding individuals for their excellent

community service, out-going Basileus Soror Annette Henderson, and its Charter members. In attendance at the

event was International Regional Director Gizette Canegata Thomas, 24 charter members and approximately 200

persons.

Launching New Dimensions of Service
 

Since 1908, Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Incorporated has implemented programs of service impacting countless lives.

 

The 2014-2018 International Program will focus on Launching New Dimensions of Service℠. Members of Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, through its 265,000 members and 986 chapters, will have an opportunity to address community needs with programs in five target areas.
